Many of us struggle making sleep a priority and this may be livable for a few days, but over time when your body doesn’t get enough sleep it increase the likelihood of type two #diabetes, high blood pressure, weight gain, heart disease, #memory problems (short and long Term), concentration difficulties, and increased #stress.
