Our office is located between Wells Street and River Street at 1144 Wyoming Ave Kingston (Forty Fort), PA. We are located just minutes from the Cross Valley Express Way. We are conveniently located in the heart of the Wyoming Valley of NEPA across the river from Wilkes-Barre PA and right next to Kingston PA.

In our location we have two treatment/exam rooms, two therapy areas, and a large waiting area. We have both  evening and same day appointments available in most instances, and we pride ourselves on minimal wait times. Walk-ins can be accommodated but appointments are required for initial visits. Appointments are always appreciated, but we are here to accommodate your needs.
